Hi – the short film “Beautiful World” is now up on YouTube!
My pal $hane and I came up with a story to fit a remix I did of one of my Mom’s songs, Beautiful World.
The original song is a lovely, thoughtful meditation on people and the planet. I love the song but kept hearing a big beat on it. After the album came out I approached her about a remix and she said okay. It’s now available on 
The video stars my cousin Avalon, was shot on zero budget in Austin, TX, and is partially inspired by a great Japanese film called Tetsuo the Iron Man. Enjoy!
Beautiful World the remix
I recently did a remix for one of the songs on Eliza Gilkyson’s previous album, Beautiful World. The original is a beautiful and moody poem with no drums. I love the song but kept hearing the potential for a big beat on it.
